About Your Order 

I just placed my order. Can I still make changes to my cart?

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we are unable to add or remove items. We begin to process your order almost immediately after to get your purchase to you as quickly as possible. Therefore, it is not possible to make changes. You must wait until your order arrives to return it or place a new order for the additional item.

Can I cancel my order?

If you want to cancel your order, please contact us via email at hello@styleloftfashion.com and we can attempt to make a cancellation. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot recall the order. However, once your order arrives, you can always return your items to us for credit or a full refund within 21 days of your order date.

Can I update my shipping address?

Yes, as long as the order has not yet shipped. Please contact us via email at hello@styleloftfashion.com and we will do our best to accommodate your change of address.

How do I find out the status of my order?  

All of our orders are tracked, and your purchase will be equipped with an order number and a tracking number. Once your payment has been completed successfully, you will have an order number with us that you can use to email us at hello@styleloftfashion.com to check the status of your order. 

Once we have shipped the order, you can follow up with our couriers using your tracking number, as we have little control over the shipment of your order once it has left our boutique. Keep your tracking number handy to ensure that your delivery makes it safely to you.

How long will my order take?

You can expect your order to arrive in 6-8 business days once it has shipped. We ship all orders out within 48 hours during business hours from Monday - Friday. 

Unfortunately, once we have shipped your order, Style Loft is not responsible for delays in delivery as a result of outside factors such as weather, covid-19 delays, acts of God, or other issues related to shipping and delivery. Style Loft is also not responsible for incidental damages during the delivery process. 

 

Prices/Sales/Promo Codes

Do you charge sales tax?

Yes, we charge sales tax in most states. The tax will be reflected at checkout once you update your shipping address.

I forgot to use my promo code what do I do?

Please contact hello@styleloftfashion.com 

As long as your purchase is eligible for the promo code, we will refund the difference to the card we have on file or issue a gift card for the balance.

Promo codes are not applicable to items that are purchased on sale.

Why doesn't my promo code work?

Promo codes can only be applied to full price items, unless otherwise stated. Once a promo code is used, it cannot be used again for another order. Promo codes are non-transferable.

Do you offer any first-time customer discounts?

On occasion, we may offer discounts for new users. Sign up for our email list for exclusive access to discounts and offers.

For promo code in general what are the rules?

Promo codes are non-transferable, non-retroactive, and cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions. Free Shipping may not apply to a discount, terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.

 

General Questions

How do I know what size I am? 

Trying to find the right size is a common concern for many women when shopping online, especially when it comes to activewear. Luckily, we offer a feature that helps you find the perfect fit, right here on our website! You will be happy to know that most of our products fit true to size. For certain items there will be a disclaimer about the fit, such as the Maya Crop Top, we recommended ordering a size up. 

What if I’m not happy with my product? 

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and we have a dedicated customer service team to ensure that you love all of your items. If your product is faulty, the wrong fit, or not what you expected, we are happy to offer you an exchange or return, and we are always happy to receive your feedback. Do you have a brick-and-mortar store? 

At this time, products for Style Loft are only available online. We do hope to expand and create an in-store shopping experience for all of our loyal customers.

Will you restock items that are sold out?

While many of our items are limited in availability, we do reorder popular styles. Please check back to see if your favorite items have been restocked. You can also follow us on Instagram for the latest and restocked products. 

 

Where are your clothes shipped from? 

Unlike other online fashion boutiques, we ship directly from the U.S. Many online stores act as a middleman between the product and the customer, without going through a quality inspection. At Style Loft, we handpick each item, brand it with our personal logo, and ensure its quality before it is shipped to you. 

Where is your clothing boutique based? 

We are based out of Naples, Florida.

Returns

What is your return policy?

Items must be returned within 15 days after the order was originally shipped and meet our return/exchange requirements to be eligible for a return.

Customers are responsible for the return shipment of any/all returned items. The original shipping/processing fees are non-refundable. 

We reserve the right to return any item that does not comply with our return policy.

How do I return an item?

Do you offer exchanges?

We’re so sorry, but we are not able to process exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or item, simply follow our returns process for the item/items you no longer want and place a new order for the item/items you do want.

What happens if I use a gift card and credit card? How do I get a refund?

All refunds made on purchases paid with both gift card and credit card will be refunded as such in the same amount that was paid on each payment type.

How long does it take to process a return?

Once your return has been shipped back to us, please allow up to 5-10 business days for the return to be processed.

If you choose to return for a full refund, you can expect the refund to be received by your bank or credit card account within 3-5 business days. Processing times vary and are subject to your bank. If you paid with any other payment method, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

 

Shipping

How much does shipping cost?

$6.95, or free if order value is $100 regularly.

When will my order be shipped?

All orders are shipped within 24 hours Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Orders received weekends or holidays will ship on next business day. 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

You can expect your order to arrive in 6-8 business days once it has shipped.

Style Loft is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery that result from factors outside our control such as inclement weather, acts of God, or any other shipping-related issue(s). Under no circumstance shall Style Loft be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, we will send a confirmation email that includes tracking information.

Do you ship Internationally?

At this time, we only offer domestic shipping within the United States.
