No Refunds/Returns on All Sale Items.

Return Eligibility

For your items to be eligible for a refund, they must meet the following:

  • Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and in brand-new condition.
  • No detached tags, excessive wrinkling, animal/human hair, deodorant marks, makeup marks, lingering odors (such as smoke or cologne) 
  • There must be no visible wear or damage to any item(s)
  • Must be returned with original bra pads of padding.
  • Must be returned in the original product packaging (Style Loft bag)
  • Gift Cards are non-returnable. 
  • We will try our best, but we are not responsible for changing/editing an address if you entered it wrong.

Style Loft is not responsible for lost or stolen item(s) or incorrect return addresses. Please make sure the package is secure because if the item(s) have fallen out during transit, the return will be denied, and it won't be eligible for return. 


Returns for In-Store Credit

Items must be returned within 15 days after delivery and meet our return/exchange requirements to be eligible for a return.

Customers are responsible for the return shipment of any/all returned items. The original shipping/processing fees are non-refundable. 

We are not responsible for incorrect addresses or lost packages. Please keep a valid tracking number.

Store credit codes don't expire; however, they are only valid for one use, so use all the credit.

Gift Cards are non-returnable. 

Returns for a Refund
